Through my own independent research going back many years, I became convinced that I, as an independent, American citizen have always had a God-given constitutional right to exchange my own personal labor in any occupation of my choice and that my wages, salaries or other earnings from such endeavor was immune and consequently non-taxable by either federal or state government. Therefore, I have never voluntarily filed a so-called tax return or paid a tax on such earnings to federal or state government. A few years ago I had occasion to read the book, SUPER SCAM, written by C. Fenner Goldsborough, a long-term researcher and writer about the misapplication of the income tax by the Internal Revenue Service on the wages, salaries or other earnings of American citizens.

Recently, I have been contacted many times by the Internal Revenue Service requesting that I file tax returns and pay taxes on my wages received for several different years. Taking advantage of Mr. Goldsborough's offer of assistance in such matters, he helped me write letters to the Internal Revenue Service denying their request and explaining my constitutional and statutorily-established non-taxpayer legal status. With Mr. Goldsborough's assistance I have also taken advantage of his suggestion that I file an AFFIDAVIT OF REVOCATION & RESCISSION as a public information document available to everyone and anyone, including the IRS, and which document legally establishes at both law and fact my non-taxpayer status as respects any alleged unlawful application of income tax to my wages, salaries or other earnings. This document has been the key in minimizing any further unwarranted and unneeded harassment activity against me by the Internal Revenue Service. Without it my life could very well be not what it is now - quiet.

Mr. Goldsborough has also been very helpful to me in solving another problem I had with the Department of Homeland Security as respects tax issues relative to my application for permanent resident status for my foreign wife. I know in my heart that I would not have made it through this process without Mr. Goldsborough.

I can heartily endorse and recommend Mr. Goldsborough's counsel for any and all matters relating to the unauthorized and unlawful imposition of income tax application against the vast majority of American citizens. But, most of all I can tell you that Mr. Goldsborough is a true American, a patriot, a lover of that which is right and most of all my friend.

A couple of years ago I purchased and studied the book Super Scam, the IRS expose' by C. Fenner Goldsborough. His book inspired me to seek his counsel and advice on a problem I subsequently had with the Internal Revenue Service shortly after reading his book. The IRS had sent a levy notice to my tenant demanding that my tenant pay their rent to them (the IRS) in partial payment of an alleged tax delinquency which they falsely stated I owed to their agency. When, at Mr. Goldsborough's direction, I cited numerous violations of the statutory levy authority in the Internal Revenue Code, I was able to obtain a prompt release of the levy which took place within one week of my written demand.

Through study of Mr. Goldsborough's book Super Scam, I am now fully informed of my legally-established non-taxpayer status, and I now have on file as a public information document the AFFIDAVIT OF REVOCATION & RESCISSION which is recommended by Mr. Goldsborough for purposes of my self-defense against any false allegation by the Internal Revenue Service that I am in the legal status of "taxpayer" which is a status I formally deny in my affidavit because "taxpayer" is a defined term in the Internal Revenue Code that does not apply to me. I feel confident that the detailed statements embodied in my referenced affidavit will be more than sufficient to establish my legal non-taxpayer status if the Internal Revenue Service should ever attempt to threaten me with false allegations of a "taxpayer" legal status as respects the income tax embodied in Sub-Title A of Title 26, United States Code.
