  Scott learns to relax in court because of Gordon's coaching and prevailed! Jim tells of his criminal case with the IRS in US District court. In Jim's case, Gordon lays out a new approach with arraignment hearings. Gordon also divulges a method of filing documents for a status hearing even after the filing deadline had passed. This method also serves as a serving of papers upon the filing clerk. Jim faced a possible contempt of court simply by introducing himself.
